Project Manager

About the role

Dematic Corp. is seeking a Project Manager to lead ambitious engineering projects that drive the company’s competitive edge. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and tooling investments.
• Assign responsibilities, tasks, and technical functions to project team members.
• Maintain triple constraints of scope, schedule, and cost throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to align customer and internal technical requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with actionable strategies.
• Conduct weekly standing meetings with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to track deliverables.
• Analyze profitability forecasts, ensure accurate invoicing, and support revenue recognition.
• Create detailed project schedules covering engineering, installation, integration, and external milestone requirements.
• Prepare both detailed technical documentation and high‑level executive summaries.

Required profile

• Strong project management background with proven ability to lead teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• 4–5 years of experience in the material handling or related industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated team leadership and facilitation capabilities.
