Project Manager – Manufacturing & Flow Control

About the role

Flowserve is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver manufacturing projects across its global flow‑control solutions business. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project execution, from initiation through completion, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a "clean order" before work starts and use change‑management processes to control scope and cost.
• Coordinate activities of matrix‑reporting teams and manage project spending expectations.
• Communicate milestones, status updates, and escalation issues to all parties, following proper escalation procedures.
• Drive strong customer relationships by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.
• Prepare and present project reports, estimates, schedules, and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of project management experience in manufacturing (automotive, pumps, metal‑mechanic, etc.).
• Intermediate English proficiency and experience handling Incoterms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with government or private clients.
• Experience in risk and change management, budgeting, and scheduling.
