Project Manager – Operations

About the role

The Project Manager is a key leadership position within Reynosa Operations, responsible for driving strategic projects that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure business continuity. The role supports the project portfolio, provides governance, and aligns initiatives with global and regional objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support and prioritize the strategic project portfolio, ensuring functional resource allocation.
• Lead high‑impact projects from initiation through closure, applying best practices in scope, schedule, and risk management.
• Manage resource planning and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to optimize support for initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project management procedures, audits, and documentation.
• Oversee artwork and packaging processes, securing timely approvals and compliance with branding and regulatory standards.
• Engage stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure project success.
• Provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership, highlighting status, risks, and benefits realization.
• Promote continuous improvement by driving adoption of project management methodologies and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing production and innovation projects.
• Project Management certification is desirable.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
