Project Manager – Operations

About the role

The Project Manager, Operations will serve as the operational backbone for tracking, coordinating, and delivering cross‑functional initiatives across technology, asset management, QA/QC, traffic, and production teams. Reporting to the SVP of Production, this full‑time hybrid role ensures projects stay on schedule, risks are mitigated, and stakeholders remain aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and implementation schedules across multiple operational workstreams.
• Generate executive‑level summaries and detailed task‑level plans to support stakeholder communication.
• Identify milestones, dependencies, risks, resource requirements, and success criteria for technical projects.
• Maintain project governance documentation, status reports, meeting cadences, and executive communications.
• Facilitate kick‑offs, working sessions, milestone reviews, and alignment meetings.
• Drive day‑to‑day operational management of technology implementations, asset operations, quality control, traffic management, production workflows, and client deliverables.
• Track commitments, action items, deadlines, and implementation milestones to ensure accountability.
• Document, follow, and continuously improve operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Support adoption of AI‑enabled tools and emerging technologies that enhance operational performance.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation skills.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in operational project management within fast‑paced environments.
