Project Manager – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

Instructure is looking for a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that support global business operations, corporate strategy and M&A integration. The position is 100 % remote and reports to the head of Global Project Delivery based in Mexico City.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects that advance business strategy, operational priorities and transformation efforts.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and milestones for enterprise initiatives across multiple departments.
• Identify risks, dependencies and blockers early, and drive proactive mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate working sessions, leadership updates and decision forums to keep momentum on strategic initiatives.
• Track progress and maintain clear reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Serve as the central point of coordination between stakeholders, ensuring accountability and alignment across global teams.
• Support the establishment of consistent project governance, documentation and operational best practices.
• Contribute to scaling the new global Project Delivery function based in Mexico.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in project or program management, consulting or business operations.
• Experience managing technology‑enabled change programs and cross‑functional initiatives.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred (or in progress).
• Experience with mixed‑resource models and corporate strategic initiatives, preferably M&A integration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet.
