Project Manager – Site Supervision

About the role

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Project Manager to lead site supervision for industrial construction projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from bidding to close‑out, including distribution of bid packages, pre‑bid conferences, and bid evaluation.
• Coordinate construction activities with the Senior Project Manager, reviewing contractor documents, submittals, and engineering drawings.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, lead weekly construction meetings, and track schedule and cost performance.
• Oversee on‑site inspections, ensuring compliance with codes, quality, and safety requirements.
• Facilitate the delivery of final documentation, as‑built drawings, and project close‑out packages.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in English; Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Minimum five years of experience in industrial site supervision, earthworks, or urbanization projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
