Project Manager – Transition & Transformation

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end transition and transformation initiatives, ensuring services, processes and teams move smoothly into a new operating model. You will be responsible for planning, execution, stabilization and knowledge transfer while aligning global standards with local execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transition services, projects and teams, creating SOPs, transition schedules and providing go‑live support.
• Coordinate the migration of processes, tasks, roles and teams into the new MBC operating model, driving continuous improvement.
• Document processes, map tasks and prepare operational readiness for teams moving into the new model.
• Align global standards with local execution, working with HR, Finance, Ops and CK leaders to establish governance and SLAs.
• Facilitate collaboration, risk management and incentive alignment to ensure successful stabilization.
• Scope and drive process‑transformation projects, identifying improvement opportunities, technology upgrades and integrated ways of working across geographies.
• Apply change‑management principles and cultural competence to foster adoption of new processes within multicultural teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Administration or related field.
• PMP, Agile and/or Prosci certifications.
• 5‑8+ years of project‑management experience, preferably in large‑scale transformations.
• Experience in Shared Services/GBS/BPO environments, especially retail‑oriented transitions.
• Proven track record of establishing or scaling service centers or managing major site transitions.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1).
