Property Manager – Leon Site Operations

About the role

As the Property Manager for the Leon location, you will ensure the site operates efficiently and aligns with Siemens Energy’s global real‑estate strategy. You will oversee day‑to‑day facility operations, maintenance, vendor performance, and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute site and real‑estate operations management to meet global and local business needs.
• Define and implement a maintenance strategy that protects asset value and drives upgrades.
• Manage FM, FS, and security service providers, ensuring SLA compliance, regulatory adherence, and EHS standards.
• Own local operational data (FMS, maintenance) for accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Maintain strong relationships with business units, align requirements with RE standards, and support emergency response coordination.
• Lead continuous‑improvement, sustainability, and digitalisation projects in collaboration with the Digitalization team.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Specialised training in Facility Management or real‑estate management is a plus.
• 5‑7 years of experience in corporate property, facilities or location management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing conditions.
• Intermediate English (minimum B1) – written and spoken.
