Public Relations & Admissions Officer

About the role

The Public Relations / Admissions professional will act as the primary liaison between prospective students, their families, and the school. This role combines outreach, recruitment, and communications to promote the institution and guide applicants through the admissions journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents and guide them through the admissions process.
• Process and verify admission applications and supporting documents.
• Organise recruitment events, open days, campus tours, education fairs and outreach activities.
• Promote the institution through marketing campaigns, social media and relationships with schools and community organisations.
• Maintain accurate applicant records, coordinate interviews, entrance examinations and admissions decisions.
• Prepare admissions reports, statistics and handle public‑relations activities to enhance the school’s reputation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in admissions, public relations, customer service, marketing or education administration.
