Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

The client is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to lead testing activities for Project Petabyte TJ3, a high‑visibility manufacturing and digital transformation program. You will ensure testing quality across functional, integration, end‑to‑end, UAT, regression and performance/load testing while collaborating with business, manufacturing, digital, infrastructure, MES and application teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and govern testing across multiple domains and phases.
• Provide quality oversight for functional, integration/SIT, end‑to‑end, UAT, regression and performance/load testing.
• Manage test case creation, execution tracking, defect triage and release readiness.
• Produce readiness reports, risk assessments and recommendations for leadership.
• Facilitate meetings, drive decisions, resolve ambiguities and hold teams accountable.
• Coordinate milestone reviews, quality gates and performance/load testing criteria.

Required profile

• Proven QA/testing experience in enterprise or complex program environments.
• Strong test planning, coordination, governance and execution‑tracking skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead through influence in a matrixed setting.
• Analytical and organizational ability to turn unclear requirements into structured test approaches.
• Comfort working with incomplete requirements, evolving timelines and heavy dependencies.

Required skills

• Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar test‑management tools.
• Integration testing, end‑to‑end testing, UAT coordination and regression planning.
• Performance and load testing coordination.
• Test case management, defect management and reporting.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as MES, SAP and PLM.
