Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the Quality Department, ensuring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) and supporting the company’s growth objectives. Reporting directly to top management, this role acts as the ISO 9001 Deputy Quality Representative and collaborates with teams across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Report trends and issues affecting QMS health and customer satisfaction to senior management.
• Verify QMS conformity, evaluate its efficiency, and conduct periodic Management Reviews, including the annual ISO 9001 review.
• Monitor and report on product conformity, customer satisfaction, supplier performance, corrective and preventive actions, and non‑conforming product disposition.
• Analyze and communicate results of internal, vendor, and customer audits.
• Provide direction to Quality Assurance and Quality Control staff, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead or support quality investigations and interact with customers on compliance concerns.
• Maintain material traceability as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar QA role within the EMS industry.
• Strong customer‑facing skills and fluency in electronic assembly and cabling standards.
• Advanced English proficiency and a valid U.S. visa.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 quality management system knowledge.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Understanding of IPC‑A‑610 and IPC‑A‑620 assembly requirements.
• Experience conducting internal and external audits.
