Quality Assurance Rater – English/Spanish Bilingual (Freelance, Remote)

Main responsibilities

• Content evaluation: analyze AI responses, verify accuracy, usefulness and compliance with guidelines.
• Research and verification: conduct thorough investigations to confirm the truth of complex information (facts, figures, references).
• Continuous improvement: identify gaps in guidelines, suggest adjustments and help enrich training data sets.
• Reporting: record observations in internal tools, provide structured feedback and collaborate with data science and product teams.

Profile

• Resident of Mexico for at least 5 years, with freelance status or ability to work independently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with excellent writing skills in both languages.
• Natural curiosity, strong attention to detail and pronounced analytical mindset.
• Minimum 3 years experience in information research, content moderation, QA or similar roles.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage schedule and meet deadlines.
