Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that products and services meet established quality standards and industry benchmarks before reaching customers. This role supports customer satisfaction, protects the company’s reputation, and minimizes the risk of defects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing to verify conformance to specifications.
• Track, document, and report quality levels, including CSR, environmental, and health‑and‑safety KPIs.
• Investigate product quality issues, resolve them according to company guidelines and regulatory requirements, and maintain problem logs.
• Develop or update procedures for capturing, investigating, and documenting product complaints.
• Monitor risk‑management processes and report findings to managers and product developers.
• Provide training and support to QA team members on systems, policies, and core processes.
• Document QA activities, create audit reports, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
• Advanced English reading and writing skills.
• Deep knowledge of QA terminology, methods, and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Professional certification such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA is preferred.
