Quality Compliance Manager

About the role

Flex is seeking a Quality Compliance Manager to lead regulatory and quality system audits at its Aguascalientes site. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will ensure the organization meets both customer and internal compliance requirements while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the site’s Quality Compliance team to guarantee conformance with regulatory and quality system requirements.
• Plan, execute, and document internal audits, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Engage with external audits from customers, regulatory bodies, and government agencies.
• Verify implementation and effectiveness of applicable regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and deliver training programs on regulatory and quality system topics.
• Create audit plans, checklists, reports, and maintain all audit records.
• Document non‑conformances, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and follow up on their implementation.
• Support other areas in integrating regulatory and quality requirements into their processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Senior‑level experience developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems.
• Advanced knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and applicable regulations.
