Quality Engineer

About the role

The Quality Engineer will drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and product quality architecture. Working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams, the role ensures compliance with internal and external specifications while enhancing inspection, testing, and reliability processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain quality evaluation and control systems for material and product processing.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to embed quality standards throughout production.
• Design and analyse inspection and testing procedures, conduct statistical analysis, and assess cost of non‑conforming products.
• Audit quality systems, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions that meet reliability standards.
• Support the unit’s Performance Excellence (Six‑Sigma) portfolio, applying DMAIC, Lean, and other improvement methodologies.
• Coach managers and belts on project selection, implementation, and use of quality tools.

Required profile

• B.S. or equivalent technical degree.
• Training aligned with a manufacturing & engineering learning journey.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a technical environment.
• Experience as a project team member; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Desired: summer internship or progressive experience in quality, process engineering, or related fields.
