Quality Engineer

About the role
The Quality Engineer will ensure that the Welding Shop assembly meets all required specifications. This role focuses on maintaining dimensional accuracy, welding quality, and the proper use of sealers and adhesives while driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Verify that all parts and sub‑assemblies comply with dimensional tolerances.
- Monitor resistance welding and drawn‑arc welding processes for quality and consistency.
- Inspect the application of sealers and adhesives to guarantee proper bonding and performance.
- Assess appearance, functionality, and overall compliance of finished assemblies.
- Identify improvement opportunities and support corrective actions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dimensional inspection, welding, or quality assurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Professional level English proficiency (minimum 70%).
