Job description

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure product and service conformity with customer requirements and internal quality standards within its aerospace manufacturing operations in Santiago de Querétaro.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the autonomous production team in root‑cause analysis.
  • Perform process confirmation assessments.
  • Assist internal and external audits of the quality management system.
  • Control and maintain quality system documentation.
  • Carry out inspections in line with current regulations and inspection plans.
  • Follow established safety, hygiene and environmental procedures.

Required profile

  • Previous experience as a Quality Inspector or similar process inspection role.
  • Middle education level (technical or vocational).
  • English language proficiency is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

  • Operation of measuring equipment such as calipers, goniometers and boring gauges.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of quality system documentation control.
  • Experience with root‑cause analysis and inspection planning.
