Quality Manager – EV Manufacturing

About the role

StarkStark is looking for a Quality Manager to ensure product and process quality across its electric motorcycle production. You will champion a zero‑defect mindset, implement robust quality systems, and work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead in‑line and end‑of‑line quality assurance activities.
• Implement and maintain ISO/IATF quality standards.
• Develop control plans, inspection standards, and audit schedules.
• Investigate non‑conformances and drive root‑cause analysis (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why).
• Coordinate operator training on quality‑critical processes.
• Drive continuous‑improvement and scrap‑reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers and engineering to eliminate defects.
• Conduct line audits, review defect dashboards, and take immediate containment actions.
• Approve product quality before shipping and validate calibration of measurement equipment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of quality assurance experience in automotive, EV, or electronics manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a leadership or coordinator role.
• Strong technical knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, IATF).
• Experience with battery‑assembly quality control is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
