Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will act as the General Management Representative, ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Policy. This position is responsible for aligning internal processes with established quality standards and strategic objectives while fostering a strong quality culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee compliance of all internal processes with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor performance indicators, coordinate internal and external audits, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate clear communication between management and operational teams regarding quality expectations.
• Promote customer satisfaction and optimize process efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar quality management role.
• Strong knowledge of customer quality systems, standards, and AS9100.
• Understanding of company organization, development, and serial production processes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Managerial level experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
