Quality Supervisor

About the role

The Quality Supervisor will ensure timely delivery of reports and analyses required by customers while overseeing the quality department to guarantee compliance with established standards. This role coordinates quality inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve quality‑related problems and generate alerts when incidents occur.
• Manage the WOW system and attend weekly/monthly client meetings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients, including damage monitoring and settlement.
• Follow up on audit findings, coordinate non‑conformities, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Communicate inspection results, propose performance improvements, and foster a culture of quality.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize process efficiency.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of quality inspectors, update work instructions, and validate documentation.

Required profile

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related field (graduate preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality system management, logistics planning, or customer service.
• Intermediate English proficiency and availability to travel.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 knowledge (essential).
• AIAG/IATF standards.
• FMEA, MSA, CP methodologies.
• SAP and KPI management.
• Standard and automatic vehicle management (valid license).
• Basic proficiency with office software and personnel management.
