Quality Technician

About the role
The Quality Technician is responsible for executing technical tasks that support product and process quality within defined timelines. This role works closely with production teams to ensure standards are met and continuously seeks ways to improve efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving overall process and technical efficiency.
- Train new personnel on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and materials.
- Identify problems and propose corrective remedies.
- Provide periodic status reports in written and verbal formats.
- Interact with peers and supervisors to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Required profile
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Beginning knowledge of job content.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree (desired).
- Successful track record in previous work experiences.
- 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
