About the role
The Quality Technician ensures that manufacturing processes meet established standards and contributes to continuous improvement projects. Working within defined time frames, the role supports both day‑to‑day operations and longer‑term efficiency initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving overall process and technical efficiency.
- Train new personnel on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and materials.
- Identify problems, propose remedies, and report status periodically in written and verbal formats.
- Interact with peers and supervisors to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Required profile
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge of job content and willingness to learn.
- Successful track record in previous positions.
