About the role
The Quality Technician will perform technical duties within defined time frames, supporting projects aimed at improving overall process and technical efficiency. The role also involves training new personnel and safeguarding confidential information.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames.
- Participate in projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency.
- Train new personnel on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain and ensure confidentiality of information and materials.
- Identify problems and propose remedial actions.
- Provide periodic status reports in written and verbal formats.
- Interact with peers and supervisors to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Required profile
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Beginning job content knowledge.
- 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
- Successful track record of performance in previous roles.
- Desired: Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
