Quoter, Sales Administration

About the role

The Quoter, Sales Administration role supports the AEES/PKC Group by developing market rates, preparing quotations and proposals, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and internal departments. The position aims to improve sales processes and help the company stay competitive.

Key responsibilities

• Develop final quotations, proposals and responses to customer requests while maintaining proactive communication.
• Coordinate with cost estimating, design, finance and other departments to deliver timely answers.
• Audit processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Review price discrepancies and work with the estimating team to resolve them.
• Support the bidding process for new customers and expedite registration in the PLEX system.

Required profile

• Administration degree or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales administration role.
• Advanced English – fluent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• ERP experience, preferably PLEX.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and product families (harnesses).
• Handling purchase orders and reviewing sales documents/quotes.
