R2R Manager – Panama & Ecuador

About the role

Sandoz is seeking an experienced Record‑to‑Report (R2R) Manager to lead financial reporting activities for its operations in Panama and Ecuador. You will supervise a small team of Financial Reporting and Accounting (FRA) specialists, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial information for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations, performance and development of the FRA specialist team.
• Maintain the integrity, viability and interoperability of financial reporting processes and systems.
• Ensure all financial reporting, control and procedural deadlines are met.
• Provide accurate accounting services, including fixed assets, cash and divestment activities.
• Support internal and external audits and compliance reporting for VAT, corporate and employee taxes.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of reporting tools such as SAP, SURF and SPMR.
• Prepare on‑demand accounting and management information, including position papers and memos.

Required profile

• Strong IFRS accounting background with experience in financial reporting under IFRS.
• Experience in a listed company is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage operations and drive execution.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
