Raw Materials Manager

About the role

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a seasoned Raw Materials Manager to lead sourcing, development, and approval of fabrics and finishes across its lingerie and apparel lines. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure material quality, cost efficiency, and supply continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute raw material sourcing strategy, including supplier identification, evaluation, and allocation.
• Manage end‑to‑end material development from concept through adoption, validating specifications, pricing, and lead times.
• Lead material re‑engineering and duplication projects to improve cost, continuity, and flexibility.
• Oversee fabric quality assurance, risk assessments (mold trials, bonding tests), and high‑risk material monitoring.
• Validate new fabric processes through testing, on‑site supplier visits, and DGT specimen reviews.
• Direct color development, lab dip and strike‑off approvals, and on‑site bulk color checks.
• Define development routes for special techniques such as washes, graphics, and all‑over prints, assessing cost and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in raw material manufacturing within lingerie or apparel.
• Proven technical expertise in knitting, dyeing, finishing, printing, and quality assurance with a “Right First Time” mindset.
