Raw Materials Planning Junior Manager

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s Supply Chain team as a Raw Materials Planning Junior Manager, responsible for ensuring the right materials are available at the right time across the SoCo region in LATAM. You will collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and suppliers to balance supply, demand, and inventory while supporting production and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the materials planning team to execute short‑term supply plans.
• Guarantee timely availability of raw materials and finished goods for production and customer demand.
• Optimize inventory levels across the network, balancing cost and service.
• Partner with procurement to define sourcing strategies and secure supply solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, warehouses, and logistics to align supply and distribution plans.
• Monitor daily and weekly supply plans, adjusting for changes or risks.
• Align demand forecasts with supply and inventory strategies, especially during peak seasons.
• Drive improvements in supplier performance, inventory health, and waste reduction.
• Track KPIs related to service, inventory, and execution.

Required profile

• Advanced written and spoken English.
• 4–5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in planning or materials management.
• Knowledge of raw‑materials planning, supply flows, and inventory management in manufacturing or distribution environments.

Required skills

• Experience with planning systems such as SAP.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and scenario handling.
