About the role

We are looking for a Real Estate Data Analyst to join a forward‑thinking team that builds and maintains a trusted real‑estate fund dataset used by leading financial institutions worldwide. The role sits at the intersection of data, automation and innovation, leveraging AI‑powered tools to transform raw information into high‑quality insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and maintain a comprehensive real‑estate fund dataset from public sources and directly from fund managers.
• Validate data accuracy, consistency and integrity through rigorous quality‑assurance processes.
• Identify, investigate and resolve data anomalies, inconsistencies and outliers before publication.
• Partner with clients and fund managers to gather detailed information, respond to inquiries and explain methodologies.
• Utilise AI‑enabled applications daily to accelerate data collection, validation and quality control.
• Design, optimise and automate data workflows, proposing improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Analyse trends and patterns to support decision‑making and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Document methodologies, validation rules and operational processes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously explore emerging AI capabilities and best practices to enhance data management processes.
