Real Estate Project Manager – Latin America

About the role

The Latin America Real Estate Project Manager will lead construction projects across the region, ensuring they meet Siemens Energy standards for safety, schedule, and budget. You will act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, driving projects from concept to close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Define project goals, scope, budgets and timelines for office fit‑outs, building maintenance, ground‑up construction and extensions.
• Oversee procurement, contracting, safety compliance and quality control throughout each project.
• Coordinate with project sponsors, senior leadership and operators to align performance targets and minimize operational disruption.
• Prepare and deliver regular status presentations covering schedule, financials, safety metrics and business impact.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports and financial documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing construction projects, architects, engineers or construction teams.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Proven ability to manage multiple fast‑paced projects simultaneously and work with senior leadership.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as site operations require.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, best practices and ability to read design drawings and specifications.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent coursework.
