Recruiter – Full‑time Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing staffing firm looking for an experienced Recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring for clerical, administrative, accounting and light‑industrial positions. This remote, full‑time role supports our expanding Latin American talent pipeline and works directly with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and present candidates for roles in clerical, administrative, accounting, finance, facilities and maintenance.
• Manage job postings on Indeed and other major boards, optimizing visibility and response rates.
• Track candidate pipelines using the COATS CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Conduct interviews, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor time and productivity with internal tools such as Time Doctor.
• Communicate progress and updates via Microsoft Teams and email.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency or high‑volume environment.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven success recruiting for administrative, accounting or skilled‑labor roles.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Reliable personal computer and high‑speed internet connection.
