Recruiter (Remote Full‑Cycle)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail‑oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast‑paced remote environment. You will source, screen, and negotiate offers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and collaborating closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, and talent communities.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct video screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and remote‑work readiness.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment workflows: job posting, outreach, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer management.
• Maintain detailed candidate notes and updates in the ATS for full team visibility.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure smooth handoff to onboarding.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent company culture authentically.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency or remote‑first setting.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, and multiple job boards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality.
