Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team, supporting a wide range of roles across the Nordic region. You will build strong candidate pipelines, evaluate fit, and nurture relationships to help the company grow.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high‑caliber talent.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and sales teams to align talent needs with business goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM and use recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor market trends and provide intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and corporate initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience across multiple functions.
• Experience recruiting for Healthcare IT or the broader healthcare sector is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and data‑driven mindset.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in recruitment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
