Recruiting Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition. This remote position will guide a large team of recruitment leaders, develop innovative hiring strategies, and ensure alignment with business needs across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of over 50 Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Design and implement new hiring strategies that improve employee well‑being and recruitment efficiency.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes current and effective.
• Monitor and manage KPIs, metrics, and salary settings within the recruitment team.
• Analyze recruitment data to continuously refine staffing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced level of English.
