Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring and onboarding processes in a fast‑moving startup environment. You will act as the local point of contact for People Operations, ensuring a smooth, well‑documented experience for candidates and new employees.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders, and manage offer letters and background checks.
• Maintain candidate trackers and HR data in systems such as Rippling.
• Identify gaps in recruiting workflows and propose improvements as hiring needs evolve.
• Set up new hires in payroll, HR, and system‑access tools; assist with onboarding planning and off‑boarding processes.
• Organize team activities, events, and internal communications for milestones such as birthdays and new‑hire announcements.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or related administrative roles.
• Hands‑on experience sourcing candidates, not only screening inbound applications.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and building processes from scratch.
• Fluent or near‑native English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with HR systems, preferably Rippling.
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
