Regional Director

About the role

The Regional Director leads the Los Cabos branch, overseeing business performance, operations, financial results, client experience and employee engagement. This senior executive role combines strategic vision with hands‑on leadership across property management, hospitality and community association services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute branch business objectives aligned with corporate strategy, including budgeting, operational targets and performance metrics.
• Lead the branch management team covering Operations, Client Services, Communications, Marketing, Maintenance and other functions.
• Drive profitability, client retention, revenue growth and operational efficiency through KPI monitoring and corrective action plans.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, accounts receivable and payable, and margin improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with Boards of Directors, homeowners, community members, strategic clients and vendors, addressing concerns and supporting retention.
• Ensure consistent service delivery, adherence to operational standards and continuous improvement of processes and client experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in property management, hospitality, community association or related service industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive operational excellence.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on operational execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with Boards, clients and vendors.
