Regional Field Trainer – LAC (Remote)

About the role

The Regional Field Trainer LAC will lead and facilitate restaurant operations training across the Latin America & Caribbean region for Burger King. Working remotely, you will partner with Learning & Development, Operations and business leaders to design, deliver and measure impactful learning programs that drive franchisee performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with L&D, Operations and business leaders to define learning objectives.
• Facilitate in‑person and virtual workshops, learning performance calibrations and certification programs.
• Analyze regional data on course completion, assessment scores, certification rates and learner engagement.
• Implement training content and offline programs with franchise organizations.
• Translate business goals into trackable metrics and distribute insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare, interpret and report data from LMS, GXI and other performance platforms.
• Coach franchisees on training performance, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Identify training gaps, propose remediation strategies and develop action plans.
• Schedule alerts and reports to highlight key changes or issues.
• Analyze historical training data to spot trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning & development or operations training, preferably within the quick‑service restaurant sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with performance data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Comfortable delivering workshops and training sessions both virtually and in‑person.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and franchise partners.
