Regional Off Trade Sales Manager – VDM Region

About the role

Moët Hennessy is seeking a Regional Off Trade Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy for the VDM region. The role focuses on maximizing sales, market share, and brand positioning within the Off‑Trade channel while ensuring flawless execution of the national strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional Off‑Trade commercial plan aligned with national objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives and brand ambassadors.
• Strengthen relationships with key Off‑Trade customers to secure optimal negotiation outcomes and long‑term business growth.
• Oversee in‑store execution, activation plans, and brand visibility at the point of sale.
• Analyze market data to identify expansion opportunities and drive margin performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management within the luxury wines and spirits sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a regional sales team.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with Off‑Trade partners.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving Sell‑In, Sell‑Out, and margin targets.
