Regional On Premise Manager

About the role

The Regional On Premise Manager leads the Musketeers in the assigned region, drives the On Premise volume and brand development, and optimizes resources to meet the business plan. The position is based in Monterrey, Mexico, and targets candidates currently living in Guadalajara who are willing to relocate.

Key responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador for the Musketeers and the On Premise network, monitoring image standards and brand premium values.
• Communicate fluently with Musketeers and the National On Premise Manager, and work with other regional managers and business units such as Off Premise and Culture.
• Ensure premium On Premise activations and High 5 execution at third-party and Red Bull events, and monitor customer incentives for profitability.
• Plan and develop the regional area according to the business plan, set up outlet coverage routes, and maintain relationships with key On Premise partners.
• Own the regional On Premise budget, keep records of Musketeer activities, meet reporting deadlines, and report on competitor activity.
• Develop the regional marketing strategy with the National On Premise Marketing Manager and find offset financial contributions for key accounts.
• Run the regional training plan, coach Musketeers on the job, and spend at least four days a week in the field.
• Recruit, screen and assess Musketeer candidates, focusing on communication and sales skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred (business, marketing or similar).
• Recommended 3-4 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success.
• Recommended 2-3 years of management experience; On Premise beverage experience is a plus.
• Strong On Premise industry knowledge, contacts and experience in the scene.
• Fluent written and spoken English; driver's license.
• High negotiation and communication skills, and a clear understanding of markets, sales, distribution, competitors and FMCG consumer behaviour.
