Regional Sales Execution Manager – Villahermosa

About the role

As a Regional Sales Execution Manager you will lead in‑store execution strategy across the state of Tabasco, partnering with key retail accounts to drive P&G’s market presence. You will combine strategic insight with hands‑on field leadership, managing a team of field sales representatives and influencing decision‑makers to ensure P&G is the preferred supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&G’s in‑store execution strategy and results for the assigned state, ensuring merchandising, planogram compliance, promotional activation and brand visibility.
• Act as primary point of contact and strategic partner with the Key Account Manager for a major regional retail chain, building relationships with operative managers and stakeholders.
• Influence retail decision‑makers to position P&G as the best‑executed and most preferred supplier.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team of field sales representatives, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Analyze competitive retail landscape, shopper behavior and market dynamics to develop actionable strategies that maximize sales fundamentals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive ownership and accountability.
