About the role
Swarovski is seeking a Regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager to lead the end‑to‑end S&OP process for the LATAM cluster. Based in the Polanco office, you will translate business strategy into actionable plans, improve planning accuracy and support commercial objectives across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the S&OP and S&OE cycles for LATAM, ensuring alignment of demand, supply and finance plans.
- Analyze demand and supply forecasts, identify gaps, risks and performance deviations, and define mitigation actions.
- Align planning inputs and timelines with regional and global processes.
- Oversee assortment planning and inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, OTIF, fill rate and inventory, driving continuous improvement.
- Provide insights to optimize availability, working capital and overall business performance.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in S&OP, demand/supply planning or related supply‑chain functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Merchandising or a related field.
- Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Required skills
- Demand & supply planning and inventory management.
- Hands‑on experience managing S&OP/S&OE cycles.
- Familiarity with APICS methodologies and retail/e‑commerce environments.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP/APO.
- Advanced data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
