Regional Sales & Operations Planning Manager (LATAM)

About the role

Swarovski is seeking a Regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager to lead the end‑to‑end S&OP process for the LATAM cluster. Based in the Polanco office, you will translate business strategy into actionable plans, improve planning accuracy and support commercial objectives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the S&OP and S&OE cycles for LATAM, ensuring alignment of demand, supply and finance plans.
• Analyze demand and supply forecasts, identify gaps, risks and performance deviations, and define mitigation actions.
• Align planning inputs and timelines with regional and global processes.
• Oversee assortment planning and inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, OTIF, fill rate and inventory, driving continuous improvement.
• Provide insights to optimize availability, working capital and overall business performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in S&OP, demand/supply planning or related supply‑chain functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Merchandising or a related field.
• Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Demand & supply planning and inventory management.
• Hands‑on experience managing S&OP/S&OE cycles.
• Familiarity with APICS methodologies and retail/e‑commerce environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP/APO.
• Advanced data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
