Relationship Banker - AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance experts. In this remote contractor role you will apply your financial knowledge to improve AI reasoning, accuracy, and usefulness.
Key responsibilities
- Review and refine AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Test models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance each model version.
- Measure AI performance and report on correctness and logical soundness.
Required profile
- Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD preferred, but not mandatory.

What we offer
