Remote Appointment Setter – Mexico

About the role

We are seeking a remote Appointment Setter based in Mexico to support our operational teams. You will verify business contact information, manage outbound call campaigns, and ensure data accuracy for future outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to confirm and validate company contact details.
• Update and maintain records in internal systems and CRM platforms with strong attention to detail.
• Follow established scripts, workflows, and verification procedures to guarantee consistency.
• Support investigation and engagement teams by providing clean, reliable contact data.
• Complete approximately 200 contact verifications per week while meeting accuracy targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, call‑center operations, or similar phone‑based role.
• Comfortable spending the majority of the workday conducting outbound calls.
• Strong verbal communication with a clear, professional phone presence.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• English proficiency for communication and documentation.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems or digital record‑management tools.
