Remote Corporate Trainer – AI‑Enabled Learning

About the role

Viva is looking for a Remote Corporate Trainer who is passionate about developing people, designing learning experiences, and integrating AI into everyday work. You will coach Executive Assistants across Latin America, preparing them to deliver high‑impact support to fast‑growing startups in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and 1:1 coaching to ensure Executive Assistants are ready for client assignments.
• Design and update curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s methodology.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage cross‑functional communication, ensuring smooth staffing and high performance.
• Leverage AI tools daily, coach EAs on AI adoption from basics to advanced use, and implement automations to scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, coaching, or a similar role.
• Fluent English (C2) – written and spoken, with engaging communication style.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or LMS platforms.
• Ability to use data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, and high‑ownership mindset.
