Remote Corporate Trainer – AI‑Enabled Learning

About the role

Viva is looking for a Remote Corporate Trainer who will design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will combine instructional design, coaching, and AI‑driven automation to prepare talent for high‑impact customer engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and one‑on‑one coaching to ready Executive Assistants for placement.
• Develop and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s methodology.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth staffing, onboarding, and performance monitoring of talent.
• Leverage AI tools daily, coach EAs on AI adoption, and implement workflow automations to scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent (C2) English – written and spoken, with strong presentation skills.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or LMS platforms.
• Ability to analyze data, surface insights, and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, and high‑ownership mindset.
