Remote Corporate Trainer – AI‑Enabled Learning

About the role

Viva is looking for a Remote Corporate Trainer who will design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will combine instructional design expertise with AI tools to prepare talent for high‑impact customer engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays and one‑on‑one coaching to ready Executive Assistants for placement.
• Create and update curricula, rubrics, playbooks and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s methodology.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth staffing, performance monitoring and cross‑functional communication.
• Leverage AI and automation tools daily, coach EAs on AI adoption, and build automations that scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D or coaching.
• Fluent English (C2) – written and spoken, with strong presentation skills.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier or LMS platforms.
• Ability to use data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, high‑ownership mindset.
