Remote Corporate Trainer – AI‑Enabled Learning

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will combine instructional design expertise with AI tools to prepare talent for high‑impact customer engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays and 1:1 coaching to ready Executive Assistants for client assignments.
• Develop and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s methodology.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth staffing, onboarding and performance monitoring of talent.
• Leverage AI and automation daily, coach EAs on AI adoption, and create automations that scale learning workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, coaching or a related field.
• Fluent C2‑level English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation skills.
• Proactive, structured, high‑ownership mindset and ability to manage cross‑functional communication.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier.
• Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
