Remote Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury

About the role

Rose Harper Law, LLC is seeking a full‑time remote Litigation Paralegal to support its personal injury attorneys. You will work closely with lawyers, clients, and experts to move cases forward from intake through settlement or trial.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and file legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Manage case files, discovery materials, and litigation calendars.
• Conduct legal and factual research, review medical records and accident reports.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and external parties to gather information.
• Assist in trial preparation, including exhibit lists, witness files, and hearing materials.
• Draft settlement demand packages and case summary closing statements.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with attorneys.
• Paralegal certificate, relevant degree, or equivalent law‑firm experience.
