Remote Packaging Designer – Consumer Goods

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Packaging Designer to lead the creation of packaging and visual design solutions for a consumer‑focused brand spanning electronics, wellness, and lifestyle categories. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in LATAM, the Philippines, or South America while collaborating with a lean, cross‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Own packaging design from concept through production, including dielines, substrates, and print specifications.
• Develop and extend brand identity systems across packaging, retail displays, and marketing assets.
• Partner with marketing, manufacturing, and external vendors to ensure visual consistency and production feasibility.
• Present creative direction and packaging concepts to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with packaging manufacturers and production partners to manage timelines and quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in packaging design, brand design, or creative direction.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped packaging for consumer electronics, wellness, lifestyle, or CPG products.
• Strong understanding of packaging structural design, materials, and print production processes.
• Experience extending brand identity across multiple touchpoints.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher for client‑facing presentations.
