Remote Project Manager

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for a portfolio of global clients. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress across multiple technology initiatives.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Support technology implementation and continuous improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and English language skills.
