Remote Real Estate Appointment Setter

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Real Estate Appointment Setter to support our Chief Investment Officer (CIO) by generating acquisition leads through outbound calls. You will introduce our firm to property owners and brokers, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings that drive our real‑estate investment pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to multifamily and commercial property owners in target markets, introducing the company and assessing selling interest.
• Gather preliminary property details, ownership situation, price expectations, motivation, and timeline.
• Schedule qualified calls between interested owners and the CIO and maintain consistent follow‑up.
• Contact commercial real‑estate and multifamily brokers, present acquisition criteria, and request off‑market opportunities and documentation.
• Build and sustain long‑term broker relationships and ensure inclusion on buyer distribution lists.
• Research owners, brokers, and potential deals; record all interactions, notes, and follow‑up dates in the CRM.
• Produce regular reports on calls, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings; assist the CIO with research and special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, though relevant sales or real‑estate experience is acceptable.
• 1–3 years of cold‑calling, outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead‑generation experience.
• Experience working with U.S. clients or companies; background in real‑estate, commercial, multifamily, acquisitions, brokerage, or property management is a plus.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish (C1/C2 level preferred).

Required skills
